SLC-LSR-200L Liquid silicone injection machine is totally enclosed , no air mixing, improves the life of liquid silicone and avoids bubble. This machine adopts the internationally popular static mixer, and specially develops the dynamic mixer to process the material with big difference in viscosity and proportion, applies pressure monitoring during transportation, to know the status of pipeline and mixer immediately,It is also equipped with a short supply alarm. It adopts high precision rigid loading metering pump. Because of the volume calculation method, during the process, even when there is change with the density or viscosity of the liquid silicone rubber, or change the cycle time of metering pump, it will not affect the measurement accuracy, ensuring accurate ejection accuracy. Continuous feeding, intermittent feeding and third agent addition are optional. At the same time, two power systems, pneumatic and hydraulic, are available. Can connect injection molding machine, vulcanizing machine, hydraulic machine and other moulding injection machine to use.
